For each project you have, researchers submit their bids to us, and we select the one bid that comes from the most appropriate researcher. We focus mainly on quality, but the effect of the bidding system is that researchers are pushed to work for less. That means that you enjoy the savings, without making a sacrifice on quality.

The level of the participating researchers is unsurpassed by UK standards. We have many researchers at bachelor's, master's and doctorate level, and we always make sure that the one overseeing your project is at a level of at least two years (or one full degree) higher in academia. So, if you're at second year, your researcher will be at least a bachelor degree holder. If you're at fourth year, they'll have a bachelor's and a master's degree, and so on.
